On the main page, by selecting one of two movies, users change their attractiveness relative strength.
The formula for counting votes is somewhat more complicated than simple addition: with each selection, the votes shift from the ignored  movie to the chosen one, then a new combination of two random (sometimes the same items) appears again.
The voting results are recording in the overall ranking. You can refresh the main page to see the top ten items at the moment and see every in order through one of.
This system was developed by physics professor Arpad Elo.
The Intergalactic 2 theme was used to implement the corresponding plugin by Andre Boekhorst on the WordPress platform.
